Nancy and Brian sold a previous home for us in Apollo Beach a few years ago. Our experience with them was wonderful. It was a no brainer that we would work with them again over and above anyone else. If in the future we decide to return to the area, these two will be the ones we will call for help.

The house actually sold in only a few days with multiple buyers. Nancy and Brian were on it! A spread sheet was sent to us immediately showing the offers, conditions etc. Clearly presented and easy to understand.
